My intention as a psychotherapist is to serve as a guide in developing a client's fullest potential, healing difficulties from their past and/or present, and formulating a life their heart desires. I work from a humanistic framework, which recognizes that suffering and difficulties are inherent in being alive and trusting that every individual has everything they need to live up to their full potential in the presence of life's challenges. Further, I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, sexuality, and spirituality.
