Within the therapeutic process it is paramount to allow each individual to develop at their own individual pace. By combining traditional talk therapy with alternative treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), results can be more readily achieved. I believe this helps to facilitate effective improvement and resilience.
