Life often presents us with challenges that test our strength and resilience. While adversity can feel overwhelming, it also offers us opportunities to grow, heal, and discover new paths forward. Even when detours and roadblocks seem insurmountable, we can make a choice to move ahead and redefine our journey. The world is a place of suffering and also a place of love, healing and forgiveness. I believe that learning from each other is one of life’s greatest lessons, and our shared experiences of courage will help us move beyond self-judgment and connect more deeply with ourselves and others.

My approach is rooted in the belief that self-actualization begins with safety and trust, and culminates in embracing our authentic selves. This is a process of knowing ourselves and identifying our blind spots. I assist by offering a compassionate, confidential space where you can explore your experiences, dismantle outdated survival patterns, and develop healthier ways of being that foster growth and connection.

I have extensive experience working with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, disordered personality, trauma, substance abuse, self-harm, sexual dysfunction, grief/loss and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is specifically designed to meet each individual where they are, combining aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing and the Gottman Method as an approach tailored for couples.
