As we grow, we have openings within our group and the best fit starts with therapists who are
researching places to work rather than solely looking at job postings. When that happens we
already know this person has ambitions, is creative and is not conventional in their approach to
challenges. Hello. We’re glad you’ve come this far.

We offer what I refer to as a private practice model. In that, I mean that each therapist is in an
environment that allows them to operate, to a large extent, on their own. We provide an
infrastructure with rigid adherence to HIPAA and insurance compliance, and ethics, as well as
all of the support you need to understand and learn the myriad details of performing well in
these domains. In addition, we provide all of the supervision, consulting, coaching and/or
mentoring you want, to the extent you want it. There will of course be management, but you
will not be micromanaged. Micromanagement and the desire for it are symptoms of anxiety
and we are not anxious. If this sounds good to you, then the fit continues.

From a business standpoint, we offer the best fee split you will find anywhere and we do all of
your credentialing. In addition, we provide all of the marketing and referrals, a beautifully
furnished office, and the ability to work remotely. Also, we do not require the onerous Do Not
Compete Contract, should you decide to move on, though we find it unlikely that you will. This
kind of autonomy is not a good fit for everyone. If that, in total, sounds idyllic then we should
talk.

Why this potentially idyllic setup? Because in my view we do the most important work and we
are all in this mystery of existence together. Our relationships with our clients emanate from
our being and our being must be cared for, in order to do this work at the highest level.
