Amanda Myers-Kramp, MA TLLP

As humans, our journey through life is vastly complex. We have powerful emotions, complicated relationships, daunting decisions, and unavoidable loss and grief. Yet, we also experience joy,
happiness, excitement, and passion. This complexity is why I believe effective therapy is eclectic, employing humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic approaches.

Humanistically, I believe everyone has the capacity—and deserves the opportunity—to grow, thrive, and uncover their authentic self. Existentially, everyone struggles to make sense of their place in the world and to make meaning out of it. Psychodynamically, the beliefs we hold about ourselves and others stem from our experiences, including those we don’t remember.

I also believe a strong therapeutic alliance requires a client-centered and culturally sensitive
approach. This means I have a dedication to understanding and respecting your unique values,
beliefs, and perspectives in the world, resulting in a relationship built upon trust and understanding.

As a team, we will identify and expand upon your inner strengths, process the experiences you’ve had, and discover your core, authentic self. As we work on these areas of self-discovery and healing, we will also celebrate your progress, achievements, and joys together. You will be supported, accepted, and believed in. Please reach out if you are seeking this transformation in your life.
