My aim is to help teens and adults work through whatever life throws at them, whether that’s feeling stuck, struggling with your mental health, or navigating a significant life transition. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable, heard, and ready to start making the changes you want to see in your life.

At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together, a genuine, collaborative process shaped by your needs, your experiences, and your goals. Through authenticity, trust, and the occasional laugh, I work to build the kind of connection that makes the hardest conversations a little easier to have.

People come to me navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, and struggles with self-esteem and identity.

Over 15 years in the mental health field, I’ve developed an approach that pulls from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), but I don’t believe one size fits all. I blend these frameworks together to create something tailored specifically to you and what you’re going through.
